The Down Woody Material Sample Plane (Transect) end point shall be + 1 foot linear distance (along the bearing) and + 1 foot lateral distance (side-to-side; perpendicular to the bearing) from the inspector's determination. Any sample plane located beyond this distance will be charged two (2) discrepancies which shall be counted towards the total number of DWM errors.

H. DATA FORMAT
The Contractor's electronic data shall be submitted in .cse/.pdr format and shall run successfully through the Region's pre-edit program and the FSVeg edit program (Raw Data Report) without fatal errors. If a fatal error occurs, the block shall be returned to the Contractor for rework of the data format.
