Payette National Forest and Boise National Forest

Fuel Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

AG-0261-S-16-BPA2

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to set up multiple Fuel BPA’s to supply fuel to our various locations.

The USDA Forest Service – Boise and Payette National Forest have recurring needs at multiple locations for fuel to be delivered. Fuel types include both On Road Diesel, Off Road (Dyed) Diesel, and Unleaded fuel (Ethanol & Ethanol Free). The R04 Boise Contracting Office intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) from this combined synopsis/Solicitation.

As needed, Fuel will be acquired by placing calls against a BPA. The contractor is responsible for supplying and delivering the requested type of fuel.

USDA Forest Service will use the U.S. Energy Information Administration Fuel Index Pricing guide as the base cost for fuel per week. Vendor will state their markup to the cost per gallon and include delivery fee in the cost per gallon, however if the location is off the “Normal Route or requires Standby Time” include cost per hour per each site, See Attachment 1, Locations.

See link attached below for weekly base cost before markup:
