About this file

The document provided is an Attachment A - Aerial Map of Facility (Figures 1-7) related to a federal contract opportunity for the lease of the Cryogenics Components Laboratory (CCL Complex) at the NASA Glenn Research Center's Neil Armstrong Test Facility in Sandusky, Ohio.

The CCL Complex was previously located at the Lewis Field's South 40 (S-40) area in Cleveland, Ohio and was relocated as part of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport expansion. The Complex comprises several facilities, including test cells, utility buildings, and chemical storage. The available land parcels for the lease total approximately 44 acres, including a Base parcel and three Option parcels. NASA is soliciting proposals for the lease of the entire CCL Complex, including both the test facilities and the accompanying land parcels. Prospective lessees must lease the Base parcel, and may choose to lease additional Option parcels as well. The CCL Complex was previously used for testing up to 2010 and is now considered an underutilized, non-excess test facility.
