About this file

This First Article Requirements document outlines detailed specifications for first article testing of a military equipment component. The procurement involves 2 units of a lot/item with NSN 5895011745742EW, to be manufactured at the contractor's production facilities. Key testing requirements include contractor and government testing, with performance characteristics to be evaluated per SCD 435346-1 and Drawing 451009.

The first article must be delivered within 180 calendar days from the contract date, with testing to be conducted at Robins Depot using the REW/DAAE test station. The government will perform form fit function testing with an NHA Band 7 RF Source LRU, requiring a successful end-to-end run of the B7RFS Test Procedure Specification (TPS). The estimated cost of government testing and inspection is $5,000. The cognizant engineering organization responsible for approval and testing is 408 SCMS / GUEA, with Daniel Gochenaur as the primary contact.
