Could you please resend the document or assist me on how to get Concept

Note Template?

Revising the Grants.gov site, I am unable to access the concept note template as referenced in the NOFO.

Will you mind sharing this with us for preparations?

Would it be possible to send a copy of the concept template referred to in the documentation or provide a link for us to download?

We’ve downloaded the full PDF announcement for the following opportunity, but the link to the Concept

Note Template does not appear to be working. Please could you let us know where to find the concept note template, or send us a copy?

Amendment 1 of the NOFO providing an accessible link to the concept note template and the attachments to the NOFO were uploaded into grant.gov under related documents on

August 25, 2022. The attachments are, the original APS as attachment 1 and the concept note template as attachment 2.

USAID also responded to each of these questions directing them to Amendment 1 and attachments in grant.gov as well providing these documents as attachments on the emails.

Although I have registered on

Grants.Gov it is not giving me permission to apply. We have such a suitable fit even down to our Mobile

Toy Library initiative. Our Budget runs up to over R20 million per year with

Early Childhood Development activities as well as Teacher Training and a community school. I can meet with you if you are available to guide me through this process, please. I look forward to your response.

Applicants are to follow the requirements set forth in the application. Please refer to page 5, under Section V of the NOFO. No other form of applications will be accepted.

All prospective applicants are encouraged to submit their concept papers in writing. An opportunity for a discussion may be planned in due course after receipt of all the concept papers.

We run a SAQA NQF Level 4 and

Level 5 ECD training programmes, which in response to Covid-19, follows a blended distance-learning model using both workbooks and ICT platforms. We are also beginning to offer virtual enrichment and training opportunities for ECD educators working in low-resource ECD Centres.

As the purpose of these initiatives, ultimately, to provide continuity of Pre-

Primary Education Post Covid Using

Learning Through Play and

Community Engagement, I am curious

Please refer to the requirements as set forth in the NOFO. It is your business decision to determine if your organization should submit an application for this program.

At this stage in the procurement process, USAID will only accept a written application.

if these would be considered eligible project activities under NOFO No.:

72067422APS00001?

I welcome the opportunity to discuss our projects with you in further detail.

Are you or someone from your team available for a quick chat sometime in the coming week?

We have interest in the abovementioned call. We have one question for clarification:

Does the entertainment content proposed by the applying entity have to be based on Covid prevention messaging? Or is it an invitation for all kinds of priority messaging which can be used for entertainment purposes?

We would appreciate clarification in this regard.

Applicants are not limited to proposing edutainment content based on Covid prevention messaging or otherwise.

No, applicants are not limited to proposing edutainment or edutainment content based on

COVID prevention messaging. The NOFO is an invitation for creative responses using different approaches to reach the child's learning.
