About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an annual service and training agreement covering Dynatest Heavy Weight Deflectometer (HWD) systems and associated tow vehicles used by the Air Force Civil Engineer Center's Airfield Pavement Evaluation Team. The SOW requires comprehensive annual service and maintenance of four Dynatest HWD systems and tow vehicles, including inspection, preventative maintenance, replacement parts allowance, firmware/software updates, and heat testing. It also requires a complete overhaul of four Dynatest HWD trailers within 150 days, including replacement of specified components and calibration to AASHTO standards. The service provider must provide 24/7 technical support, same-day/next-business-day parts shipping, and transportation of the systems between the servicing location and Tyndall AFB. The service will be scheduled based on the Airfield Pavement Team's worldwide evaluation schedule, with a function check/acceptance inspection prior to shipping. The service provider must be a "Manufacturers Authorized Service provider".

This SOW is related to a Pre-Solicitation notice for Dynatest HWD System maintenance, issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Installation and Mission Support Center Installation Contracting Agency.
