About this file
This document contains a labor capacity questionnaire and revenue chart for firms to complete as an attachment to a federal contract opportunity for architect-engineering services for Air Force dormitory facilities. The labor capacity questionnaire requests details on key personnel and their qualifications that are available at the firm, including minimum years of experience required for various positions. It also provides space for firms to identify any subcontractors or teaming partners that would provide certain services if not available in-house. The revenue chart requests a firm's total design fee revenues for the past two years broken out by various project types, including dormitories/barracks and other military, government, and commercial building categories. This information will be evaluated as part of the qualifications for the related pre-solicitation notice for a multiple award task order contract to provide Title I and Title II architect-engineering services for Air Force dormitory facility projects under the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command.
