About this file

This Market Research Questionnaire is issued by the United States Air Force for an Architecture & Engineering (AE) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The government anticipates task orders valued at approximately $1M per year and is seeking to identify potential sources with expertise in construction services. The questionnaire requests detailed business information and technical capabilities from interested companies, with a response deadline of 2:00 PM CST on 6 February 2026.

The document includes two primary sections: Part I focuses on collecting business details such as company name, CAGE code, NAICS code (541330), and small business certifications, while Part II contains technical questions about the company's capabilities. Specifically, respondents are asked to describe their engineering capabilities, quality assurance practices, capacity for simultaneous construction task orders, and ability to perform work in-house versus subcontracting. Participation is voluntary, and the government will not reimburse companies for completing the questionnaire. Responses should be submitted via email to TSgt Imperial and Lt Noe at the provided Air Force email addresses.
