About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Continuing Contract for Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services in the Northeast region of Florida. The Department of Management Services (DMS) provided responses to questions submitted by potential respondents. The RFQ is seeking primarily Architectural services, although A/E firms may submit qualifications. The selected firms will provide services for renovation and new building projects in the region, which may require Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Engineering. The RFQ does not include the current Capital Improvement Plan, and consultants or subcontractors should not be included in the response. The solicitation is for A/E services in the jurisdictions of Leon County and Tampa City, Florida.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or other salient commercial information. It focuses on clarifying the scope of services, response requirements, and the submission and protest process.

The following commodity codes below are listed on the website but I do not see Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire Protection Engineering. Any renovation or new building would require this kind of engineering to meet building codes. Was this an clerical error?
The commodity codes selected were correct for this solicitation.
Can we submit as the Prime Consultant for MEP/FP Engineering or do we have to be a subconsultant under the 81101508 Architectural Engineering?
This solicitation is for Architect-Engineering services. Any Architect- Engineering firm may submit a response. The work being sought is primarily for Architectural services.
3 Will you provide DMS's current Capital Improvement Plan?
The Capital Improvement Plan is not available as part of this solicitation.
Please confirm that Architectural Firms submitting qualifications are to include SF 330 resumes, professional registrations, and corporate charters for all engineering consultants as well.
The response should provide sufficient detail for the qualifications of the submitting firm and staff. Consultants or subcontractors should not be included in the response.
