About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the City of Sanford, North Carolina, for the Third Street Area Sewer Rehabilitation project. The originally stated funding source of Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) has been corrected to a combination of Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and State Reserve Project (SRP) monies. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 24th, 2024, at the City of Sanford, City Hall. The project involves replacing approximately 7,500 linear feet of 6-12-inch sanitary sewer lines within the area bounded by Short Street, S. Fourth Street, Austin Street, and Courtland Drive.
The City of Sanford encourages proposals from small, minority, and female-owned businesses, as well as certified Section 3 business concerns. The City does not discriminate based on handicap status, and the RFQ information is available in Spanish upon request. All questions must be submitted no later than 5 calendar days before the solicitation closing date.

ADDENDUM NUMBER 01
DATE: September 23,2024
PROJECT: Third Street Area Sewer Rehabilitation
CITY OF SANFORD
TO: ALL SUBMITTERS
This addendum serves to clarify the project funding source for the Third Street Area Sewer Rehabilitation project. The originally stated funding source in the RFQ was incorrectly listed as Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR). The correct funding sources are a combination of Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and State Reserve Project (SRP) monies.
Please ensure that all references to funding sources in your submissions reflect this correction, as it will be important for compliance and documentation purposes during later stages of the project.
