Installation costs must be included in the equipment pricing, and all materials, supplies, or equipment must be new, unused, and of recent manufacture.
The contract opportunity is limited to the Montgomery County jurisdiction in Alabama. Suppliers must furnish any additional requested information within five days, or their bid may be rejected. Materials, Supplies, or Equipment:
All materials, supplies, or equipment being bid and delivered to the State shall be new, unused, of recent manufacture, first class in every respect and suitable for their intended purpose.
