About this file

This document is an Addendum to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Division of Procurement and Contracts. The IFB is for painting maintenance and minor repairs services at the Banning and Riverside Maintenance Stations, as well as painting maintenance services to the interior and exterior of District 8 Caltrans-owned properties located in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. The addendum revises the IFB timeline, providing new dates for written question submittal, bid submission, and bid opening. It also addresses bidder questions regarding site inspections, drawings, and scope of work quantities.

The contract requires the contractor to furnish all personnel, labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, and travel necessary to perform the requested services. Pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding requirements, and other salient details were not provided in the addendum document.
