About this file

This is Addendum No. 2 to Invitation to Bid (RFB) No. RFB-67-25 issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department for Facilities and Support Services, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, for soil erosion repair at the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex in Morgan County, Kentucky, under the Department of Corrections. The addendum directs bidders to reference an additional addendum to be distributed by Lynn Imaging for all specifications and drawings modifications. Additionally, the addendum provides responses to five questions submitted by bidders prior to the established deadline: brush and tree burning from clearing operations is permitted with Site Representative coordination; no known borrow area exists on site; no known waste area exists on site; existing rock from eroded ditches may be reused for outlet aprons if it meets minimum size requirements for channel lining; and contractors are responsible for repairs to existing paved roads used for equipment and material delivery.

No pricing terms, set-aside provisions, incumbent information, funding sources, or contract award timeline are specified in this addendum document. The addendum serves primarily as a clarification document addressing contractor inquiries regarding project execution and site conditions rather than establishing commercial or financial terms.
