The government plans to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for one Total Aircraft Washing System, which includes a comprehensive trailer-mounted system with dual gun operation, 525-gallon water capacity, 60-gallon soap capacity, diesel engine, water heater, and extensive technical specifications. Quotes will be evaluated on price reasonableness, technical acceptability, and the vendor's ability to meet salient characteristics, with quotes being rated as either acceptable or unacceptable.
