Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services

(a) The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government on price and other factors considered, conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures, whose quote conforms to the solicitation evaluation factors listed below:

(b) Price

a. All line items are priced IAW the solicitation.

b. Price are determined to be reasonable and balanced

(c) Technical

a. Technical Acceptability is evaluated on the quoters ability to provide a detail response on how they meet the Salient Characteristics of each item in the solicitation. Quoters will be evaluated on Acceptable or Unacceptable as follows:

i. Acceptable:

1. Quoter clearly states the response to all Line Items in solicitation.

2. Quoter provides details on how their product meets or exceeds minimum Salient Characteristics

3. Quoter provides Product Specification/data Sheet or equivalent

ii. Unacceptable:

1. The quote fails to clearly explain how the product meets or exceeds the line items in the Solicitation.
