About this file

This Addendum One to Invitation to Bid No. RFB-49-26 is issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department for Facilities and Support Services, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, for the 23028 AMLBAML AML Project in Pike County, Kentucky, dated August 21, 2025. The addendum outlines binding changes to the original bid solicitation, requiring all bidders to conform to specifications and drawings distributed by Lynn Imaging and to use the Revised Bid Schedule dated August 21, 2025. The project encompasses a comprehensive reclamation and remediation effort involving site preparation, utility relocation, landscaping, structural removal and replacement, concrete work, drainage systems, erosion control, grading, seeding, roadway restoration, and debris disposal across approximately ten acres.

The bid schedule includes 49 line items with varying unit prices and quantities, ranging from mobilization (lump sum) to specific materials and labor tasks such as earthwork measured in cubic yards (49,250 CY at $1.00), HDPE pipe installation in multiple diameters, concrete headwalls, seedbed preparation, hydromulching, bituminous repair (500 tons at $75.00 per ton), and domestic and industrial debris disposal (5 tons at $8.00 per ton). Bidders must ensure unit prices fall within the Allowable Price Limit (APL) range, as prices outside this range may be considered unbalanced bids requiring written justification. The bid total shall be calculated by multiplying quantity by unit price for each line item, with all bids requiring proper execution of the Authentication of Bid and Statement of Non-Collusion and Non-Conflict of Interest pages for validity.
