About this file

This is an Addendum (No. One) dated May 28, 2025, for Invitation to Bid No. RFB-241-25, issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Department for Facilities and Support Services, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, for the Main Building Window Replacement Phase 2 project at the Kentucky Correctional Institution for Women in Pewee Valley. The addendum, prepared by Patrick D. Murphy Co., Inc. Architects, indicates minimal changes to the original bid documents, with the primary instruction being to refer to an addendum to be distributed by Lynn Imaging for any additions, deletions, or changes to specifications and/or drawings.

The addendum specifically notes the omission of Sheets SP & A.1 and their replacement with new Addendum #1 Sheets SP & A.1. The architectural drawings provide detailed site plans, elevations, and window replacement specifications for the correctional facility, including precise installation details for new windows, steel angles, lintels, and repair instructions for existing building surfaces. The project appears to involve comprehensive window replacement with attention to structural integrity, material preservation, and detailed installation requirements.
