The contractor must provide three mulch blower trucks with a minimum of two personnel per truck, with each truck required to apply approximately 300 cubic yards of mulch per day as a minimum. Cubic yard quantities per service request will vary by location. Caltrans will provide all traffic control for work performed within the right-of-way, relieving the contractor of this responsibility.

Additionally, the bidder must maintain valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations and possess a current and valid C-27 Landscaping license issued by the Contractors State License Board. The contractor will not receive payment for any work performed prior to Caltrans approval and receipt of notice to proceed from the Caltrans Contract Manager.
