About this file

This document is an Addendum (Number 3) to Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 24-04 for a Panel of Legal Service Providers issued by the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). The addendum modifies the evaluation criteria for Section 6.3.2, specifically for Class V matters involving legal counsel to the District Citizens Oversight Committee (DCOC). After the Phase 2 evaluation, the top three ranked Proposers in Class V will be recommended to the Chancellor for a final interview and selection.

The addendum emphasizes that proposers must acknowledge receipt of all addenda in writing and list all received addenda in their proposal. Failure to do so may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. For the DCOC legal counsel selection, the Chancellor will have the final discretion to select a single firm from the top three recommended proposers to serve as legal counsel for DCOC matters.
