About this file
This document is an Addendum No. 2 issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for Solicitation No. FWC 21/22-49 "MAINTENANCE FOR FIXED WING AND HELICOPTER AIRCRAFT". The addendum replaces references to the Vendor Bid System (VBS) with the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Information Portal (MFMP VIP). The solicitation is seeking competitive pricing for maintenance services for FWC's fixed-wing and helicopter aircraft. The bid response is due by 1:00 PM ET on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed may result in a waiver of proceedings.
The current incumbent vendor has performed helicopter maintenance for many years, with one year remaining on their existing contract. However, this solicitation is only for gaps in coverage, and vendors are not required to respond if they are not interested. Pricing terms, set-asides, funding requirements, and other salient commercial details were not provided in this addendum.
