About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 to DEP Solicitation No. 2025015 issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Procurement Section on February 20, 2025, for "Re-Advertisement for Professional Project Management Services." The addendum provides answers to eight questions from prospective vendors regarding the solicitation. The Department clarifies that language modifications were needed within the RFSOQ document specifically in Section 3.3.1.2 (Tab B: Required Forms), Section 4.2 (Work Assignment Process), and Section 5.3 (Available Points), which prompted the re-advertisement.

The addendum reveals that thirteen firms submitted proposals under the previous solicitation (RFSOQ 2025005). There are no incumbent contractors. For firm qualifications, the Department confirms that newly incorporated LLCs can submit references from prior clients of the firm's consultant and original sole proprietor. Additionally, firms must be qualified for at least one of the listed service areas in Item 4.3, and the list of deliverables is not exhaustive. Previous submissions and responses are exempt from public record under Section 119.071(1)(b)3, F.S.
