About this file

This document is an addendum to a solicitation issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for the Babcock/Webb WMA Fence Supply project. The addendum provides clarifications to questions received regarding the procurement, including that a contractor's license is not required, that a 4" x 6-1/2' post can be used in place of a 4-5" x 6-1/2' post, and that the scope of the project is for the procurement and delivery of the specified materials only. The addendum also confirms that subcontracting is not permitted, and the awarded contractor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the procured items. Responses to the solicitation must be received by 2:30 PM ET on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

The solicitation is seeking competitive pricing for the Babcock/Webb WMA Fence Supply project in Florida, which encompasses Leon County and the City of Tampa. The project does not have any set-aside requirements, and there is no incumbent contractor identified. The funding source and amount are not specified in the provided information.

QUESTION #3

I’m looking into quoting this project and just wanted to make sure this is strictly for delivery of the requested materials only, correct?
