About this file

This document is an Addendum to the solicitation issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for the "Naples Bay - Haldeman Creek Oyster Reef Restoration Materials" project. The Addendum incorporates changes to the Scope of Work, including the addition of two deliverables: up to 198 tons of washed oversized fossilized shell and up to 823 tons of limestone rock. The materials are to be delivered in bulk bags and roll-off dumpsters, respectively, and offloaded at a designated location. The timeline for completion will be determined by the FWC Contract Manager in coordination with the City of Naples, with the project anticipated to commence as soon as possible upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

The Contractor shall provide documentation, including waybills and invoices, to demonstrate successful completion of the deliverables. Pricing for the materials will be based on the actual net weights delivered, with the total not to exceed the available project budget. This is a state and local contract opportunity, with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission as the lead agency and the City of Naples as a participating jurisdiction.
