About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for Invitation for Bid #11A2389 regarding Habitat Restoration at the Dean Mitigation Site in San Diego, CA, dated March 1, 2016. The addendum addresses questions related to labor classifications, irrigation system removal, staffing requirements, and pest control certifications for the habitat restoration project.

It directs bidders to specific sections of the IFB and exhibits for questions about irrigation system removal charges and staffing requirements. Additionally, the addendum specifies that bidders must submit Qualified Applicator Certificates (QAC) and possess a Qualified Applicator License (QAL) for pest control-related work, rather than accepting other types of pest control credentials.
