About this file
Addendum No. 1 is issued by the Town of Telluride Public Works Department for the 2024/2025 Early Procurement of Package-Type Pressure Reducing Valves (PRV) Stations. The project involves procuring PRV stations for three locations: Mill Creek, Davis Street, and Tomboy Road. The addendum provides detailed specifications for bidders, including requirements for flowmeters, pressure gauges, piping materials, sump pumps, and installation details. The procurement is specifically for design, fabrication, and delivery of the PRV stations, with optional onsite installation that bidders can quote separately. Bidders are instructed to email their proposals to Tara Ogren and are not to use BidNet for submission.
The addendum specifies technical requirements such as using ductile iron pipe, stainless steel piping, specific pressure gauge configurations, and SCADA connections. The bid includes provisions for one day of start-up services for the Mill Creek PRV, with optional additional service days for other locations. Bidders must include delivery and offloading costs for the three project sites, and the proposal requires two 20-amp breakers for power and ventilation components. The project emphasizes detailed technical specifications, including pipe materials, epoxy coatings, and specific manufacturer requirements for components like flange isolation kits and pressure gauge assemblies.
