About this file
This is Addendum No. 4 issued by Atlanta Public Schools (APS) Procurement Services for solicitation 25-12035-P-AW-Demolition Buildings, Foundations, and Utilities Bundle dated February 6, 2025. The addendum addresses questions regarding the demolition project, confirming that Phase dates are firm deadlines, concrete/granite retaining walls must be disposed of offsite rather than used as foundation fill, and the Construction Manager is responsible for removing all furniture and debris. The document confirms ceiling removal will be interior-only after abatement, and that lead paint has been identified and will be abated before demolition.
The addendum includes the release of A.D Williams drawings as supporting documentation available on Bonfire. All other original bid terms, conditions and specifications remain unchanged. Questions regarding the addendum can be directed to Alicia White, Purchasing Agent, at the provided contact information. Respondents must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing the Offeror Affirmation Form, making it an integral part of the solicitation document.
