About this file
This document is an Addendum No. 1 issued by Moore County Schools – Operations Department for an Engineering Services project involving a Lift Station Evaluation. The addendum provides clarification and additional information for a Request for Qualifications (RFQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP) focused on evaluating the Cameron Lift Station. Proposals are due by September 5, 2025, at 2 P.M., and the selected consultant will receive as-built drawings and an O&M manual for the lift station to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the facility's force main capacity and its ability to handle existing pump station flows and projected community growth.
The addendum addresses potential bidder questions, confirming that record drawings and documentation are available, and indicating that the selected consultant may be asked to provide proof of licensure and insurance for subconsultants. The primary objective appears to be a technical evaluation of the lift station's infrastructure, with a focus on assessing current operational capabilities and future capacity needs. The document suggests that the consultant will review pump station details such as capacity, pump sizes, wet well dimensions, and force main specifications to determine the station's adequacy for current and future municipal requirements.
