About this file
Addendum II, issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), provides clarification for Request for Proposal (RFP) RFLPP 24 25 58 regarding Acquisition Consultation Services for the Rural and Family Lands Protection Program. The addendum specifically modifies Section 3.1 of the proposal format, explicitly stating that the Department cannot be used as a reference on Attachment H – References. Respondents are required to provide three customer references for similar services, and any proposal listing the Department as a reference will receive zero points for that reference. Failure to provide three valid references will result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive and not considered for award.
The addendum includes standard protest procedures under Florida Statutes, outlining the process for filing protests with the Department's Agency Clerk. Potential vendors with questions about the addendum can contact the Purchasing Office at (850) 617-7181 or email Bids@FDACS.gov. The document emphasizes that failure to file a protest within the prescribed time or post required bonds will constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120 of Florida Statutes. Physical filings can be made at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, located in the Holland Building in Tallahassee, Florida.
