About this file

This Addendum I document is issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for Request for Proposal No. RFP FNW 24 25 129 regarding Certified Food Safety Training. The addendum provides clarifying answers to three vendor questions about the solicitation. Specifically, it addresses exam attendee limits, noting that while ServSafe Food Manager Exams typically have a 35 attendee-per-proctor maximum, this division is seeking a food safety course allowing up to 50 attendees per exam, with co-proctors required for sessions exceeding 35 attendees. The document confirms that the initial contract term pricing will depend on training session requirements, and directs vendors to consult Exhibit B - Price Sheet for specific cost details.

The addendum does not introduce new pricing terms or provide specific funding information beyond referencing the Price Sheet. It maintains the existing solicitation terms and conditions, serving primarily to provide procedural clarification for potential bidders. The document includes standard protest instructions for vendors, specifying filing procedures with the Department's Agency Clerk at the Holland Building in Tallahassee, Florida, and notes that failure to file protests within prescribed timelines will constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120 of Florida Statutes. Contact information is provided for the Purchasing Office at (850) 617-7181 and Bids@FDACS.gov for any additional questions.
