About this file

This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the procurement of District 7 Connected Vehicle IVP Hubs and LiDAR Devices. The Addendum modifies the technical specifications by allowing the LiDAR to be mounted in a fixed upright position, and removes two line items from the Bid Sheet. The ITB also provides answers to technical questions, including allowing for functional equivalents of the specified hardware, the use of axle counting, and the required integration with traffic signal controllers. The bid due date has been extended to October 19, 2022.

The contract opportunity is open to registered vendors in the State of Florida's MyFloridaMarketplace system. The contract will be subject to the MFMP Transaction Fee. The project locations are within the jurisdictions of Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa. No other pricing terms, set asides, or funding details are provided in this document.
