About this file
This document is Addendum #3 to the Request for Proposals (RFP) #24-210-PSC issued by the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) for on-call construction testing and inspection services. The addendum modifies the pricing proposal section, specifically regarding the units required for the Nuclear Density Gauge, which EWEB charges on a per-day basis rather than an hourly rate. Bidders are instructed to update the pricing table accordingly. The closing date and time for the RFP remain unchanged, but this addendum is considered a material change to the bid, and bidders must acknowledge receipt and acceptance by signing and returning a copy with their response.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for EWEB's RFP 24-210-Q for the provision of on-call construction testing and inspection services for EWEB's Engineering, Operations, and Generation departments. The contract is for the state of Oregon, specifically within Lane County.

REVISIONS TO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT – SECTION 5.4 PRICING PROPOSAL
1. Regarding the “Units Required” column for the Nuclear Density Gauge (shown below), we charge our gauge on a per day basis, rather than an hourly rate. How should we address?
In this case, recreate the table in your response, cross out “Hour” in the Unit Required box and enter “Per Day” next to it. Change the “Units Required” to “1”, enter your rate, and then calculate the Total $ (Hours X Rate).
CLOSING DATE AND TIME
Remains unchanged.
This addendum constitutes a MATERIAL CHANGE to the bid. ITS RECEIPT BY THE BIDDER IS TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A SIGNATURE AND RETURNING A COPY OF THE ADDENDUM WITH ITS RESPONSE OR
BY CIRCLING THE ADDENDUM NUMBER IN THE APPROPRIATE AREA ON THE BID FORM.
