About this file
This document is an Addendum to Invitation for Bid (IFB) P2399017 issued by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) for the replacement of a manufactured office complex at the La Grange Field Office in Stanislaus County, California. The addendum revises the contract term from September 30, 2026 to March 31, 2026, and clarifies requirements for the manufactured office to bear the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) label and be inspected on-site. The contractor is responsible for furnishing, delivering, and setting up the new manufactured office, which must meet HUD and ADA standards. The bid opening date has been changed from March 28, 2024 to April 4, 2024.
The estimated cost of the project is $450,000, and there is a 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement, with an incentive for exceeding this goal. A 5% Small Business Preference is available, and all contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for projects over $25,000.
