About this file
This is Addendum No. 3 for Invitation for Bid (IFB) #32A0611 issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for Insulation and Siding Installation services in Ukiah, CA, dated December 23, 2024. The addendum addresses a single contractor question regarding HVAC equipment handling during the installation process. Specifically, Section 6.I of the Scope of Work Exhibit A has been revised to clarify that contractors must remove and secure all plumbing, electrical bracketry, and HVAC equipment that is affixed to the existing paneling, then re-affix these components to the new panel where needed.
The addendum maintains that all other terms and conditions in the original IFB remain unchanged and in full effect. No pricing terms, funding requirements, or other contractual modifications were included in this addendum.
