About this file
Addendum 2 to RFP 03-19-25 TP is a document issued by the Town of Princeville addressing a feasibility study for a 53-acre site. The addendum extends the proposal submission deadline to April 21, 2025, at 5 PM and provides responses to seven key questions from potential bidders. The document reveals that the project timeline is undefined and will depend on future merchant and vendor interest, and that no specific budget has been allocated for the feasibility study, with any budget subject to board approval.
The addendum indicates that site plans will be posted as an additional attachment, and the current infrastructure work is funded by FEMA and state funds, with Barnhill as the contractor. No prior surveys or community engagement documents for the site were reported to be available. The Town Manager, Ronald Jackson, has been responsive to bidder inquiries, particularly regarding the submission deadline extension. The lack of predefined timeline, budget, and supporting documentation suggests this is an exploratory project with significant flexibility for potential developers and consultants.
