About this file
This document is an Addendum #2 issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for Solicitation No. RFSOQBDC09-22/23 related to the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park - Interpretive Center project. The addendum notifies applicants that due to possible weather delays, sealed proposals are now due by October 12, 2022 at 4:00 pm ET. Applicants must submit four sets of their response - one original, two copies, and one CD or USB drive with a PDF format. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Responses may be sent by mail, courier, or hand-delivered to the Carr Building in Tallahassee. The addendum also states that failure to sign and include the addendum with the bid submission may result in the bid being rejected.
The addendum further provides contact information for Laurinda Micheels, the Contracts Specialist at the DEP's Bureau of Design and Construction, to whom the responses must be submitted. In all other respects, the original contract documents remain in full force and effect.
