The addendum includes answers to questions submitted by potential bidders prior to the November 7, 2024 deadline. The questions address allowing bidders to cut existing backstop poles to the tapered height for the new canopy netting, permitting direct burial of poles instead of bolting them down, and the reuse of the existing poles if appropriate height, installation, and finishing processes are followed.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for the design and installation of a horizontal protective net canopy at the Bogart Sports Complex quad fields, including the removal and disposal of an existing vertical protective netting. This project is being issued by Oconee County, Georgia. Addendum 1 contains the minutes and sign-in roster from the pre-bid meeting held on October 31, 2024.
