About this file

This document is an addendum containing questions and answers related to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by North Shore Community College for food service, catering operations, and automated vending services. The college is interested in receiving proposals that detail the calculation or term by which the vendor proposes to pay compensation or commissions to the college, as well as the vendor's proposed hours of operation. The college has provided current enrollment data, which shows a decline in enrollment over the past several years. The college has also indicated that evening operations are currently not in service this spring semester, but may be run on a trial basis at the beginning of each semester to determine if sales support the operation.

Regarding pricing, the college is not anticipating a commission from this contract. The RFP attachment D has been removed. The college has provided the current state and local contract opportunity information, including the contract name, description, and the state of Massachusetts as the jurisdiction.
