About this file
This document is an addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for the purchase and delivery of steel and aluminum products for the Suwannee Forestry Center. The addendum provides answers to questions received regarding the bid specifications, including the required lengths and thicknesses of the steel and stainless steel materials. The original ITB was for ITB FS 22 23 61, and the bid is for jurisdictions in Leon County and the City of Tampa.
The addendum clarifies that the standard length for steel items is 24 feet, the thickness of the steel channel should be either 1/8" or 3/16", and the stainless steel should be grade 304. The addendum also states that for items where the footage does not align with standard lengths, the quantities should be rounded up or down to the nearest piece count. All other terms and conditions of the original ITB remain the same.
