The addendum provides updates to the solicitation, including a change in the due date from December 13, 2021 to December 20, 2021. The addendum also includes a list of questions and answers related to the contract, covering topics such as incumbent vendors, current pay and bill rates, prevailing wage requirements, drug testing, time management, invoicing, and personal protective equipment.

The RFP seeks to provide temporary staffing services, with the State indicating that the average temporary staff tenure is up to one year. The State will interview and approve workers prior to placement, and expects vendors to provide attestation of background checks rather than the actual results. The State will provide equipment and workspaces, and will leverage its existing internal time management process.
