About this file
This is Addendum No. 2 issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Division of Procurement and Contracts for IFPQ 03A3868 regarding Security Fence Improvements in Yuba County, dated December 18, 2024. The addendum addresses changes to the licensing requirements for the project, which involves security fence improvements.
The key modification made in this addendum is to the Bidder's Minimum Qualifications, specifically allowing contractors to possess either a C-13 (Fencing Contractor) license or a C-23 (Ornamental Metal Contractor) license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). This change was made in response to a bidder's question about whether a C-23 license would be accepted in lieu of a C-13 license. All other terms and conditions of the original IFPQ remain unchanged.
