About this file

This document is an Addendum No. 2 for the Ichetucknee Springs - Replace Restroom project, Bid No. BDC10-23/24, issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction. The addendum postpones the bid submittal due date to 3:30 PM (ET) on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, and the bid posting date to 3:30 PM (ET) on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. It also provides clarification on the electrical service requirements, specifying that the electric provider is Duke Energy, not CFEC as previously referenced.

The addendum requires that all pumps, blowers, and their related control panels be standardized to 230V 1P electrical service. Bidders are instructed to confirm whether 208V or 230V is appropriate prior to construction. The electrical service to the proposed restroom will be installed by directional drill, as detailed in the attached plan and notes.
