The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is DOT-RFP-26-6197SD, with proposals due on August 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The addendum addresses specific questions from potential proposers regarding staffing requirements, office locations, and the number of personnel that can be proposed for various roles such as Community Outreach Specialists, Emergency Communications Manager, and other key positions.
The addendum clarifies critical details about the contract, including that the Emergency Communications Manager must be a staff member of the prime consultant, and that proposers can submit multiple candidates for most positions except the In-House Community Outreach Specialist. The consultant must have a fully functioning satellite office in the region, with key personnel stationed locally to work directly with the department. The RFP allows a maximum of two Community Outreach Specialists and two Assistant Community Outreach Specialists to be proposed on the technical proposal, providing flexibility in staffing while maintaining specific requirements for local presence and expertise.
