Is the Contractor expected to combine topographic and hydrographic methos to determine when the volume of 145 CY has been removed, or can an alternative method of counting truckloads be used to track an approximate volume? Or is the Contractor expected to remove all shoaled in stone from around the piers regardless of whether the quantity is over 145 CY or not?

A5: For Dredge Area C Only, an alternate method of quantify the estimated volume such as with signed truck tickets would be acceptable.
