The addendum replaces the original Scope of Work, Bid Form, and Budget Detail and Payment Provisions. The services required include providing all labor, materials, and equipment for routine maintenance and inspections of the generators at the two facilities. The services are to be performed quarterly, annually, and at 480-hour intervals. The contract term is not specified.

The bid form provides unit pricing for the different service types, including Initial Service, Annual Service, Quarterly Service, and 480-Hour Service. The state reserves the right to omit portions of the work as deemed necessary. Bidding preferences are available for certified small businesses, non-small business subcontractors, and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises. Funding for the contract is contingent on state budget appropriations, and payment will be made in accordance with California's prompt payment laws.
