About this file

This is an Addendum #1 issued by the Wayne County Procurement Division for a Solicitation for Quotes (SFQ-102804) for Clothing and Dry Goods. The document provides clarifications and answers to potential vendor questions regarding a solicitation for clothing and dry goods. The procurement opportunity is for a one-year purchase order with multiple orders anticipated to be placed against the same purchase order. Vendors are not required to bid on all items listed in the Appendix A – Price Sheet, and Wayne County reserves the right to award by line item or all or none after thoroughly evaluating all quotes/bids.

Key terms include payment on a Net 45 day basis from the time of invoice receipt, contingent on the correct purchase number being referenced. All apparel will be blank/plain with no Wayne County logo. The solicitation represents a new procurement, as these specific items have not been previously bid out, and no winning bid document from a prior contract exists. Vendors can submit partial bids for selected items, with the county maintaining flexibility in how the final award will be structured based on the most advantageous response.
