About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 to the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) for the Dr. Von D. Mizell - Eula Johnson State Park Beach Renourishment Project, solicitation number RFSOQBDC17-22/23, issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The addendum provides clarification on the required SF330 form submissions, the location criteria for rating proposals, and the availability of previous studies or documents. It also confirms that the RFSOQ is to determine if respondents have the qualifications to perform the work, which will need to be integrated with ongoing efforts by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Broward County. The point of contact for any questions is Laura Chang, Assistant Project Manager with the DEP's Bureau of Design and Construction.

The addendum does not provide any information on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other financial details. It solely focuses on clarifying the administrative and technical requirements of the RFSOQ process.
