About this file
This document is Addendum No. 1 to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) Solicitation No. RFSOQBDC09-22/23 for the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park - Interpretive Center project. The addendum provides responses to two questions from applicants regarding the bid submission requirements. The first question asks if an image with a caption noting the project name would be considered "information" on the tab pages, to which the DEP answered no. The second question asks if the DEP would consider the location of a local architect on the bidding team's score for the Location criterion, to which the DEP also answered no. The addendum states that in all other respects, the original contract documents remain in full force and effect, and that the addendum must be signed and included with the bid submission, or the bid may be rejected.
The contract opportunity is limited to the jurisdictions of Leon County and the City of Tallahassee in the state of Florida. The addendum does not provide any information regarding pricing, set asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or other salient commercial terms.
