About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the Colt Creek State Park - Multiple Projects, Solicitation No. RFSOQBDC03-22/23. The Addendum addresses several questions from potential respondents regarding the Technical Response requirements, including the page limits, sections to be included, and the need to provide documentation supporting subcontract arrangements and a State Project Plan. Additionally, the Addendum clarifies that respondents are not required to include Section F - Project Sheets from the Standard Form 330 in their submissions.
The Addendum requires that the signed acknowledgment of receipt be included with the bid submission, and failure to do so may result in the bid being rejected. The contract documents, including this Addendum, remain in full force and effect. The contract opportunity is for the Colt Creek State Park - Multiple Projects and is applicable to the jurisdictions of Leon County and the City of Tallahassee in the state of Florida.
