About this file

This document is Addendum 1 to RFQ #A241014356 issued by the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) for Paper Recycling Collection and Removal services. The addendum consists of questions and answers from potential bidders, specifically addressing requirements for dockside containers at Cal OES facilities.

The only substantive information provided in this addendum is clarification regarding container requirements. While the original solicitation specified dockside containers must be between 0.8-4.0 cubic yards, Cal OES confirms there are no additional rules or restrictions for these containers beyond the size requirements. The only operational requirements are that container access must not be blocked and containers must be handled carefully to minimize damage.
