About this file
This addendum, issued by the Florida Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office (SGAL), revises the Schedule of Events for RFP 202526-01 regarding a Client Case Management System (CCMS) procurement. The RFP was originally published December 15, 2025, with a pre-proposal vendor conference scheduled for Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. The deadline for vendor questions was established as Monday, January 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Answers to vendor questions will be posted in two separate addendums due to the volume and complexity of inquiries: Addendum #2 will address solicitation document, process, operational, and IT questions during the week of January 19, 2026, while Addendum #3 will address technical questions during the week of January 30, 2026. The revised final proposal submission deadline is Friday, February 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Proposals will be opened Monday, February 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST, with shortlisted vendors notified during the week of March 16, 2026. Vendor demonstrations are scheduled for the week of March 26, 2026, and the Notice of Determination will be posted April 2, 2026.
All submission requirements from Section 4 of the RFP solicitation document remain unchanged, and proposers must adhere to the format and submission requirements outlined in the primary RFP documentation. The revised schedule reflects adjustments to all deadlines following the final proposal submission date to accommodate the extended question and answer process. This addendum was posted and distributed on January 16, 2026.

Due to the volume and complexity of some questions, the SGAL Office will post two Question and Answer addendums for this RFP. The first addendum will include answers to all solicitation document/process, operational and IT questions that the office can answer by the previously stated deadline. This first Q&A Addendum, which will be referred to as Addendum #2, will be posted on the Florida Vendor Information Portal and the Florida Guardian ad Litem website the week of January 19, 2026. Questions not included in Addendum #2 are more technical in nature so SGAL will require more time to answer these questions. The Q&A addendum for these technical questions, which will be referred to as Addendum #3, will be posted on both the Florida Vendor Information Portal and the SGAL website during the week of January 30, 2026.
To provide all interested Proposers a fair and reasonable opportunity to review the questions and answers, the final submission deadline for this RFP and all subsequent deadlines have been adjusted. Items highlighted in yellow in the revised schedule
